We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry. This means that if your bracelets break or get damaged for any reason, we'll send them back to you free of charge!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your jewels are defective, a new package will be send to you totally free of charge and you'll be able to keep your original order!
Exchanges
Size is wrong ? You don't like the colors ? or any other reasons. We got you!

you will receive the address of one of our offices (adapted to your location) and our team will then take care of sending you the right jewels!
Once we get the package , we’ll send you an e-mail informing you of the progress of your case and you should receive a refund within 48 hours.
Refunds
Contact us at hello@kelyoz.com to start a refund procedure. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
